The Commercial Banking Full-Time Analyst Program is a 24-month program designed to develop the next generation of commercial banking leaders. The program begins in July with an in-depth training period, followed by hands-on experience and ongoing professional development. Analysts work within the Commercial Bank, which serves businesses with annual sales ranging from $10 million to over $3 billion, helping clients maximize growth through deposit, lending, cash management, trade, foreign exchange, and capital markets solutions.
What you'll do#
- Conduct company research and industry analysis.
- Analyze financial data and perform financial modeling, including company valuations and discounted cash flow analysis.
- Support the commercial lending process, including loan structuring and documentation.
- Take ownership of the client experience by partnering with bankers and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage deals and prepare client presentations, such as pitch books, prospect memos, and business development decks.
- Interact with internal partners across product, credit risk, legal, and technology teams.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree candidate in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Preferred GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work without sponsorship for U.S. work authorization.
