Full Time Analyst

About the role#

The Commercial Banking Full Time Analyst program is designed to develop the next generation of banking leaders. Analysts join the Commercial Banking division, which serves businesses with annual sales ranging from $10 million to over $3 billion. The program begins in July with an in-depth training period, followed by placement within a Commercial Banking team. Throughout the program, analysts receive ongoing training in sales, credit, products, and technology, supported by a structured mentorship program.

What you'll do#

• Conduct company research and perform industry analysis.
• Analyze financial data and execute financial modeling, including company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, and pro-forma analyses.
• Support the commercial lending process, including secured and unsecured revolving lines of credit, term loans, and syndicated loans.
• Take ownership of the client experience by partnering with Bankers and Product teams to identify and leverage solutions that meet client goals.
• Manage deal processes and prepare client presentations, such as pitch books, prospect memos, and business development decks.
• Collaborate with internal partners across product, credit risk, legal, operations, and technology teams.

What you'll need#

• A major in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Expected graduation with a bachelor's degree in December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• A preferred GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to partnering with stakeholders.
