Full-Time Analyst

About the role#

The Full-Time Analyst Program within the Commercial Banking division is designed to develop the next generation of banking leaders. The program begins in July with an in-depth, 10-week training curriculum that combines formal instruction with hands-on experience. Throughout the program, analysts receive ongoing training in sales, credit, product, and professional skills, supported by a structured mentorship program involving both junior and senior team members.

What you'll do#

Analysts serve as thought partners to clients, helping them leverage the firm's solutions to fund operations and expand internationally. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting company research and industry analysis.
• Analyzing financial data and performing financial modeling, including company valuations, discounted cash flow, and pro-forma analyses.
• Supporting the commercial lending process, including loan structuring, documentation, and portfolio monitoring.
• Taking ownership of the client experience by partnering with Bankers and Product teams to identify and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Assisting with deal management and the preparation of pitch books, prospect memos, and business development presentations.
• Interacting with partners across the firm, including credit risk, legal, compliance, operations, and technology teams.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• On track to graduate in December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• A preferred GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or in the future.
