About the role#
The Junior Market Operations Analyst Program is a full-time, paid opportunity for the Fall 2026 cohort. You will join the Markets Operations team to support the processes that maintain the global markets business. This role involves managing the trade lifecycle from initial execution through to final settlement, providing exposure to operational workflows and strategic functions within the firm.
What you'll do#
- Support key stages of the trade lifecycle to ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Investigate operational issues and analyze discrepancies to deliver timely solutions.
- Perform essential checks to safeguard the business and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Work directly with internal teams, including Front Office and Technology, as well as external clients to resolve queries and support trade processing.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of financial products and the systems that enable global trading.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s or University degree, with a preference for Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
