    About the role#

    This is a two-year full-time Investment Banking Analyst program based in Houston, Texas. The role begins with six weeks of training designed to provide the technical skills and industry knowledge necessary to support corporate, financial service, and public sector clients. Analysts will work within the Investment Banking group to assist with mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic financings.

    What you'll do#

    • Collect and analyze company information and industry research to support transactions.
    • Analyze financial data and build financial models, including discounted cash flow, company valuations, and comparative analyses.
    • Create and finalize presentations for business development.
    • Coordinate tasks across internal and external working teams.
    • Prepare required internal documentation related to control and compliance regulations.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
    • Minimum 3.5 GPA.
    • Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
    • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated commitment to personal growth and career development.

    • Compensation: $110,000 annual salary.
