About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program based in Tampa, Florida, starting in June 2027. As a Summer Analyst in the Internal Audit Group, you will work alongside teams to provide independent assessments of the company's governance, risk management, and internal control environment. You will contribute to a sound control framework globally by delivering independent and timely assurance to key stakeholders, including senior management and the Board of Directors.
What you'll do#
- Participate in an initial 3-day training program to learn about the organization.
- Perform real-world work and contribute value to your assigned team.
- Engage with senior and junior mentors for professional guidance.
- Attend networking sessions and senior speaker events.
- Collaborate with other interns and IA professionals across different functions.
- Present your accomplishments and lessons learned to the senior Internal Audit management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree candidate graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.3 is preferred.
- Must not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or in the future.
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics is preferred.
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, think quickly, and maintain attention to detail.
- Intellectually curious mindset with a willingness to ask questions.
- Ability to work hard and focus on group objectives.
- Innovative approach to problem-solving.
