About the role#
The Enterprise Services and Public Affairs (ESPA) Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship based in New York. This program focuses on reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and corporate real estate services. Analysts receive on-the-job training and mentorship from senior and junior team members. Successful participants may be considered for the two-year full-time rotational program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Engage in real-world assignments within teams such as Communications, Real Estate Services, or Government Affairs.
- Contribute to daily team responsibilities and projects.
- Participate in comprehensive training covering technology and the ESPA organization.
- Attend networking events and speaker sessions with senior leaders.
- Deliver a final presentation to showcase your accomplishments and lessons learned.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Affairs, Political Science, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong academic record, with a preferred GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- 0 to 2 years of professional work experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Capacity to relocate domestically or globally.
