About the role#
The Citi Global Wealth Summer Analyst Program is a ten-week internship designed to provide exposure to the various functions within the wealth management business. You will work alongside private bankers, investment professionals, and product specialists to support clients across the wealth spectrum. This program includes an initial training period followed by placement with a specific Wealth team.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through and gain exposure to Banking, Investments, Lending, Wealth Planning, the Chief Operating Office, and the Chief Investment Office.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Contribute directly to analytics and proposals to improve the client experience.
- Build a professional network while contributing to core business priorities.
What you'll need#
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A preferred GPA of 3.4 or higher.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
- A high level of personal integrity and a commitment to business ethics.
- The ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment with a sense of urgency.
- A strong desire to learn and an innovative approach to business.
