Full Time Analyst

About the role#

This is a two-year Investment Banking Analyst program based in San Francisco. The role begins in July with six weeks of training, after which analysts are placed within an Investment Banking team to provide sector expertise and strategic advisory solutions, such as mergers and acquisitions and capital raising, to corporate, financial service, and public sector clients.

What you'll do#

• Collect and analyze company information to assist with transactions, including industry research and data organization.
• Analyze financial data and develop financial models, such as company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, and comparative analyses.
• Create and finalize presentations for new business development.
• Coordinate tasks across internal and external working teams.
• Prepare required internal documentation, including control and compliance filings.

What you'll need#

• A Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• A minimum GPA of 3.5.
• A strong commitment to personal growth and career development.

• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• A dedication to integrity and ethical decision-making.
• Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape is considered a plus.
