Corporate Banking, Full Time Analyst

About the role#

As a Corporate Banking Analyst, you will join an intermediate-level position focused on driving client dialogue regarding capital structure, liability management, liquidity, funding strategies, risk management, and investment solutions. You will work in partnership with groups across the firm, including Risk Management, Investment Banking, and the Financing Organization. This role involves deciding where to invest the firm's capital and executing on those investments.

The program begins in July 2027 with a 10-week, in-depth training period. Following training, you will be placed with a specific Corporate Banking team based on your interests and firm needs.

What you'll do#

• Conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and capital markets analysis.
• Complete fundamental risk and credit analysis.
• Liaise with product partners to support client needs.
• Assist in the development and presentation of new ideas to clients.
• Structure deals and transactions.
• Assess risk in business decisions while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
