Banking - Investment Banking Shareholder Advisory Group, Full Time Analyst

About the role#

Citi is seeking a Full-Time Analyst to join the Investment Banking Shareholder Advisory Group in New York. This two-year program begins in July and includes an initial six-week training period to prepare Analysts to provide strategic advisory solutions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital raising, to corporate and public sector clients.

What you'll do#

• Collect and analyze company information to support transactions, including industry research and data organization.
• Perform financial analysis and develop models, such as company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, and comparative analyses.
• Create and finalize presentations for business development.
• Coordinate tasks across internal and external working teams.
• Prepare necessary internal documentation, including compliance and control filings.

What you'll need#

• Expected Bachelor's degree completion between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Commitment to personal growth, career development, and ethical decision-making.
• Strong desire to learn and succeed within team environments.
• Academic background in Finance or Business Administration.
