Banking, Investment Banking, Full Time Analyst

About the role#

This is a two-year full-time Investment Banking Analyst program based in Los Angeles. The role begins with six weeks of training to provide the necessary skills for supporting sector-specific teams with strategic advisory solutions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic financings. Analysts may be eligible for a third-year extension or an optional one-year rotation in another group or office.

What you'll do#

• Collect and analyze company information to support transactions, including industry research and data organization.
• Perform financial analysis and develop models, such as company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, and comparative analyses.
• Prepare and finalize presentations for business development.
• Coordinate tasks across internal and external working teams.
• Manage required internal documentation, including compliance and control-related materials.

What you'll need#

• A Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• A minimum GPA of 3.5.
• A strong commitment to personal growth, professional development, and integrity.
• A desire to succeed within team-based environments.
• Relevant coursework in fields such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Political Science, or Communications.
