About the role#

Citi is seeking a Full-Time Analyst to join the Investment Banking Financial Institutions Group (FIG) in New York. This two-year program begins in July and includes an initial six-week training period designed to provide the skills necessary to assist corporate, financial service, and public sector clients with mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic financing.

What you'll do#

• Collect and analyze company information to support transactions, including industry research and data organization.
• Analyze financial data and develop models, such as company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, and comparative analyses.
• Create and finalize presentations for new business development.
• Prepare required internal documentation, including control and compliance materials.
• Coordinate tasks across internal and external working teams.

What you'll need#

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree between December 2026 and June 2027.
• A minimum GPA of 3.5.
• A commitment to personal growth, career development, and ethical decision-making.
• A strong desire to learn and succeed within team environments.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.
