Banking - Financial Strategy Group, Full Time Analyst

About the role#

The Financial Strategy Group provides sector expertise and strategic advisory solutions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic financings for corporate, financial service, and public sector clients. This is a two-year full-time Analyst program beginning in July, which includes an initial six-week training period. Analysts are expected to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry and contribute to team success in a changing economic environment.

What you'll do#

• Collect and analyze company information to assist with transactions, including industry research and data organization.
• Analyze financial data and develop financial models, such as company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, and comparative analyses.
• Create and finalize presentations for new business development.
• Coordinate tasks across internal and external working teams.
• Prepare required internal documentation, including materials related to control and compliance regulations.
