Banking - Corporate Banking, Full Time Analyst

About the role#

This is a full-time Analyst position within the Corporate Banking team. Analysts drive client dialogue regarding capital structure, liability management, liquidity and funding strategies, risk management, and investment solutions. Corporate Bankers are responsible for deciding where to invest the firm's capital and executing those investments while working in partnership with Risk Management, Investment Banking, and the Financing Organization.

What you'll do#

• Conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and capital markets analysis.
• Complete fundamental risk and credit analysis.
• Liaise with product partners across the firm.
• Assist in the presentation and development of new ideas for clients.
• Structure deals and transactions.
• Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
