Banking - Corporate Banking, Full Time Analyst

About the role#

As a Corporate Banking Analyst, you will join a relationship-focused team responsible for managing complex financial strategies for global clients. This role involves driving client dialogue on capital structure, liquidity and funding strategies, liability management, risk management, and investment solutions. You will work in partnership with various internal groups, including Risk Management, Investment Banking, and the Financing Organization to decide where to invest the firm's capital and execute those investments.

This two-year program begins in July 2027 with a 10-week, in-depth training period, followed by placement within a specific Corporate Banking team. You will have access to mentorship programs and opportunities for internal mobility as you progress.

What you'll do#

• Conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and capital markets analysis.
• Perform fundamental risk and credit analysis.
• Liaise with product partners across the firm.
• Assist in the development and presentation of new ideas to clients.
• Structure deals and transactions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and ethical standards.

What you'll need#

• A Bachelor's or University degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• A preferred GPA of 3.5 or above.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
