Banking - Corporate Banking, Full Time Analyst

About the role#

As a Corporate Banking Full Time Analyst, you will join a relationship-focused team responsible for advising clients on capital structure, liability management, liquidity, funding strategies, risk management, and investment solutions. You will work in partnership with internal groups including Risk Management, Investment Banking, and the Financing Organization. This role involves deciding where to invest firm capital and executing those investments. The program begins in July 2027 with a 10-week training period.

What you'll do#

• Conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and capital markets analysis.
• Complete fundamental risk and credit analysis.
• Liaise with product partners across the firm.
• Assist in the development and presentation of new ideas to clients.
• Structure deals and transactions.
• Assess risk in business decisions to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape is considered a plus.
