Banking - Capital Markets LatAm, Full Time Analyst

About the role#

The Capital Markets Analyst program is a two-year position within the Latin America Credit Markets group. Analysts assist clients in raising funds in international debt capital markets and bank markets, providing advisory, structuring, and execution services for bond issuances, syndicated loans, and acquisition finance. The role involves working closely with internal partners, including Debt Syndicate, Sales & Trading, and specialist product groups, to serve sovereign, financial, and corporate issuers. The program begins in July with six weeks of training.

What you'll do#

• Originate, structure, and execute transactions for strategic needs and refinancing.
• Manage relationships with fixed income and equity clients and maintain dialogues with corporate clients.
• Analyze clients' capital structure needs and develop solutions to address them.
• Build an understanding of the bank and institutional investor universe and market trends.
• Demonstrate methods to limit interest rate and credit risk through the use of derivatives.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Minimum 3.3 GPA.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to personal growth and career development.
• A strong desire to learn and a passion for the business.
• Interest in building relationships with investors and raising capital.
• Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
