2027 Full Time Analyst

About the role#

The 2027 Full Time Analyst program is a two-year opportunity within Citi's Corporate Bank, designed to develop relationship-focused finance professionals. The program begins in July 2027 and includes an in-depth training program in New York. Analysts will collaborate with seasoned finance professionals to understand complex financial issues facing global clients, with potential for internal mobility by the third year.

What you'll do#

• Drive client dialogue regarding capital structure, liability management, liquidity and funding strategies, risk management, and investment solutions.
• Decide where to invest firm capital and execute those investments.
• Collaborate with various internal groups, including Risk Management, Investment Banking, and the Capital Markets Organization.
• Originate revenues from global clients.
• Access and utilize a full spectrum of corporate finance products, including capital markets, loans, derivatives, structured finance, securitization, and foreign exchange.

What you'll need#

• Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Well-developed financial modeling and structuring analysis skills.
• Excellent sales and marketing potential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English required for interfacing with teams and clients across North America.
• A commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
