About the role#
CITGO is seeking an IT Intern to join the Enterprise Architecture team at our Houston headquarters. You will work alongside experienced architects to design and implement technology solutions. This role focuses on business transformation, helping to maintain and improve the performance of our existing IT architecture.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the design, development, and implementation of new technology tools.
- Document architecture diagrams, technical workflows, business processes, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support change management.
- Help deploy and drive the adoption of business transformation tools.
- Participate in the testing and validation of new systems and enhancements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Sophomore status or higher.
- A basic understanding of enterprise IT concepts like networks, cloud, servers, and databases.
- An interest in business transformation initiatives, such as automation or data analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Location: Houston, Texas.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
