About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in St. Cloud, Minnesota. You will participate in a program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across our business and the professional services industry. This role involves rotating through different departments to gain broad exposure to our operations.
What you'll do#
- Receive hands-on training across various business areas.
- Interact with multiple departments to build your professional skill set.
- Develop your abilities in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, ideally in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook, as well as internet navigation.
- Experience in a leadership or management role through campus or extracurricular activities.
- Prior experience in a co-op or internship within customer service, sales, production, or administration is preferred.
- Ability to start work within two weeks of accepting an offer.
Location & details#
- Location: St. Cloud, MN.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
- Pay: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
