About the role#
Cintas is hiring an Intern to participate in a program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across all areas of the business. This role offers exposure to different departments and combines hands-on training with professional development opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Interact with multiple departments to learn about the professional services industry.
- Develop leadership, organization, communication, and time management skills.
- Participate in training to gain a broad understanding of company operations.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Ability to start within two weeks of an offer.
- Preferred experience includes prior internships in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles, as well as leadership experience in campus or extracurricular activities.
