About the role#
This internship offers a broad look at our business and the professional services industry. You will rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of how we operate. The program combines hands-on training with cross-departmental interaction to help you build skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured program covering all areas of the business.
- Engage with multiple departments to learn different functions.
- Gain practical experience through hands-on training.
- Develop your professional capabilities in organization and leadership.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Availability to start within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Preferred experience includes previous internships or co-ops in customer service, sales, production, or administration.
- Preferred experience in a leadership or management role within campus or extracurricular activities.
Location & details#
- Location: Maple Grove, Minnesota.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid position.
- The internship follows a rolling term.
