About the role#
This internship provides a broad look at our business operations. You will rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our company and the professional services industry. This program balances hands-on training with cross-departmental collaboration to help you build core professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to various departments within the company.
- Participate in training designed to increase your knowledge of our business operations.
- Develop your leadership, organization, communication, and time management abilities.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Ability to start within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Past experience in a co-op or internship role within Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administration is preferred.
- Experience in a leadership or management role through campus or extracurricular activities is a plus.

- Location: Bloomington, Illinois.
- Status: Full-time, temporary.
- Schedule: 1st Shift.
- Compensation: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
