About the role#
Cintas offers a program designed to give you a broad understanding of our business and the professional services industry. You will rotate through different departments to gain exposure to how our company functions.
What you'll do#
- Participate in hands-on training across various business areas.
- Interact with multiple departments to build your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Availability to begin the role within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Preferred experience includes previous internships or co-ops in customer service, sales, production, or administration, as well as leadership roles in campus or extracurricular activities.

- This is an on-site, part-time, temporary position.
