About the role#
As a Process Engineering Analyst Co-op for the Complaints Management Program, you will help optimize operational processes and capabilities within the bank. This role supports both the Continuous Improvement and Data & Insights teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while improving the client experience. You will work on a 12 to 16 month term.
What you'll do#
- Assess current performance and map the end to end business process and client journey.
- Support reporting on key process objectives to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to a Continuous Improvement practice using lean, six sigma, and service design methodologies.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly trends across key complaints KPIs.
- Build relationships with business partners across the enterprise, including frontline and operational teams.
What you'll need#
- You are in your third or fourth year of undergraduate studies in a STEM program at a Canadian university.
- You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies.
- You are eligible to complete a 12 to 16 month co-op term.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is an asset.
- Pursuing a certification in process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Management is an asset.
