About the role#
As an AI Developer Co-op, you will support the Global Research team in Montréal. You will work with the Global Head of Research to build and refine artificial intelligence tools. Your goal is to improve how research teams interact with technology and to streamline analytical processes across global mining, political, and other research areas.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop AI tools, prompts, personas, and interaction models.
- Connect artificial intelligence capabilities with Python-based workflows.
- Solve complex problems and explore ways to improve critical thinking through technology.
- Identify opportunities to make research more efficient and insightful.
- Collaborate with partners to test new ideas and refine solutions for daily use.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Experience with Python, artificial intelligence tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong preference for intermediate to advanced Python skills.
- Bonus points for experience connecting AI solutions to business workflows.
