About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on experience in Quinter, Kansas, during the summer of 2026. You will work directly with customers and gain practical experience in the day-to-day operations of an agronomy business.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills including field scouting, crop protection, seed management, and nutrient products.
- Perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain product quality.
- Assist with the repair and preventative maintenance of equipment, such as sprayers, trucks, and conveyors.
- Provide customer service and support to our clients.
- Maintain a safe work environment that follows all company and local safety policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Ag Business, Crop Science, or a related agriculture field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- An interest in professional growth.
