About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026 based on-site in Dixon, Nebraska. You will work directly with Agronomy Production Sales Specialists to support our customers and team with field-level operations and data analysis.
What you'll do#
- Assist with crop scouting, soil sampling, and solving agronomic problems in the field.
- Design, monitor, and summarize farm trials to provide data to customers and the agronomy team.
- Use integrated pest management techniques to determine treatment thresholds.
- Learn to use the Agris computer program for invoicing and inventory management.
- Write reports and present your findings to your supervisor or customers.
- Help with over-the-counter sales, product delivery, and warehouse operations.
- Maintain equipment and facilities while following safety and environmental policies.
- Assist other departments and perform custom application tasks if needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
- Background knowledge or experience in agriculture is helpful.
