About the role#
As an Agronomy Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the farming industry. You will work directly with our team to support daily operations and provide service to our customers. This is a paid, full-time position based in Elrosa, Minnesota. The role is available for Spring and Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills including crop scouting, product application, and mixing procedures.
- Handle daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Monitor inventory quality and manage record keeping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment that meets safety and environmental policies.
- Assist with the repair and preventative maintenance of equipment like conveyors, sprayers, trucks, and loaders.
- Provide service to customers and assist them as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or related degree program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to operate machinery such as tractors, loaders, and conveyors.
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.
- A CDL license and forklift certification are preferred.
