About the role#
This Summer 2028 Audit Internship provides an introduction to the public accounting profession. You will work with multiple supervisors on various client engagements to build a foundation for your career. This is a full-time, paid position based in Richmond, Virginia.
What you'll do#
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow audit professionals across different levels of the organization.
- Participate in team building, training initiatives, and a marketing or research project.
- Attend social functions including happy hours, lunches, and community service projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or related program, with graduation expected within two years.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- The ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel.

- Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour.
