About the role#
CESO, Inc. is hiring an Electrical Engineering co-op to join our team in Overland Park. You will work alongside our engineering staff on residential, energy, commercial, and public projects. We provide training and coaching to help you develop your skills through hands-on experience.
What you'll do#
- Learn our internal processes and assist with engineering designs.
- Prepare and modify engineering drawings and diagrams using technical applications.
- Analyze technical data and provide support for quality issues.
- Coordinate with civil and mechanical engineers, architects, clients, and vendors.
- Handle additional project duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an engineering program with at least one year of college completed.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Visual Studio, SKM, and Microsoft Office Suite. We provide training for these programs if needed.
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Flexibility in accepting assignments and scheduling.

- This position is on-site.
- This is a paid, full-time co-op position with a rolling term.
- We require criminal background checks and drug or alcohol screening for all hires.
