About the role#
As an Electrical Distribution Engineering Intern, you will join our Power sector team. You will work alongside experienced engineers to support projects related to electricity generation, transmission, and delivery. This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to infrastructure work while gaining professional experience in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
- Complete assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager.
- Participate in mentoring and young professionals programs to connect with company leaders and recent graduates.
- Gain practical experience on projects and perform other duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A commitment to participating in our employee-owned culture.
- Preferred: Completion of at least two years of your degree with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
- Preferred: Demonstrated knowledge of software packages relevant to the industry.

- This position is based in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship with a rolling term.
