About the role#
As a Transit Systems Intern, you will gain practical experience working on transit projects. You will work under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager to apply standard engineering techniques and procedures. This role provides opportunities to connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs.
What you'll do#
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
- Perform assignments under the guidance of experienced staff.
- Engage in professional development through company mentoring programs.
- Assist with various project duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- A commitment to participating in an employee-owned culture.
- Preference is given to candidates with at least 2 years of degree progress.
- Knowledge of CAD is preferred.
- Interest or completed coursework in circuits or Systems Engineering is preferred.

- This is a paid, full-time internship position with a rolling term.
