About the role#
As a Bridge Engineering Intern, you will work on transportation infrastructure projects in Missoula. You will gain practical experience by applying standard engineering techniques while working under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager. This role includes opportunities to connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs.
What you'll do#
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
- Assist with engineering assignments under the guidance of a supervisor.
- Gain real-world experience on bridge and transportation projects.
- Participate in company mentoring and young professionals programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
- A preference for 3 years completed toward a structural engineering degree with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
- Familiarity with software packages related to your field of study.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail.
- A commitment to participating in an employee-owned culture.
- Pursuit of a master's degree is preferred.

- This is a paid, full-time internship based in Missoula, Montana.
- The role is on-site and requires the ability to report to the Missoula office.
