    About the role#

    As a Bridge Engineering Intern, you will work on transportation infrastructure projects in Missoula. You will gain practical experience by applying standard engineering techniques while working under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager. This role includes opportunities to connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs.

    What you'll do#

    • Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
    • Assist with engineering assignments under the guidance of a supervisor.
    • Gain real-world experience on bridge and transportation projects.
    • Participate in company mentoring and young professionals programs.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
    • A preference for 3 years completed toward a structural engineering degree with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
    • Familiarity with software packages related to your field of study.
    • Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail.
    • A commitment to participating in an employee-owned culture.
    • Pursuit of a master's degree is preferred.

    Location & details#

    • This is a paid, full-time internship based in Missoula, Montana.
    • The role is on-site and requires the ability to report to the Missoula office.
    • This position does not offer sponsorship.
