About the role#
CESO, Inc. offers a co-op program for civil engineering students looking for hands-on experience. You will work within our civil engineering team on projects across residential, energy, commercial, and public sectors. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position with rolling start dates.
What you'll do#
- Learn our internal processes and assist in the preparation of engineering designs.
- Create and modify drawings and diagrams using manual and technical tools.
- Analyze technical data and provide support for quality issues.
- Coordinate with surveying, environmental, and architecture teams, as well as clients and vendors.
- Handle other project-related tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an engineering program with at least one year of college completed.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to be flexible with assignments and your work schedule.
Location & details#
This position is based on-site in one of the following locations: Columbus, OH; Orlando, FL; Nashville, TN; or Charlotte, NC. Please note that criminal background checks and drug or alcohol screenings are required for this role.
