About the role#
CESO, INC. offers a co-op position for students in the Roadway/Traffic department. You will work on a variety of residential, energy, commercial, and public projects. This role involves hands-on learning through technical tasks and collaboration with experienced staff. You are considered an integral part of the team from the start of your rotation.
What you'll do#
- Learn internal processes and assist with engineering designs.
- Prepare and modify drawings and diagrams using manual and technical tools.
- Analyze technical data and provide support for quality issues.
- Coordinate with other disciplines like surveying, environmental, and architecture.
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed.
- Handle additional project duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Engineering program with at least one year of college completed.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to be flexible with assignments and your schedule.

- This is an on-site role based in Columbus, Ohio or Cincinnati, Ohio.
- The position is full-time and paid.
- Hiring is on a rolling basis.
