About the role#
As a Regulatory Intern, you will support the regulatory organization in ensuring compliance with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and U.S. Department of Energy requirements. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience with licensing documentation, inspections, and regulatory processes within a nuclear environment.
What you'll do#
- Research regulatory and licensing documents.
- Prepare documentation and maintain regulatory records.
- Support NRC and DOE inspection activities.
- Track regulatory commitments.
- Use document control and corrective action systems to gather and manage information.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering disciplines including Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical, or Physics.
- Junior or Senior year standing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- U.S. citizenship.

- Location: Piketon, Ohio.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
