About the role#
This unpaid externship provides physician assistants with supervised clinical exposure in internal medicine. You will work under minimal direction while following established departmental protocols. The role requires a strong commitment to professional conduct and high-quality patient care.
What you'll do#
- Gain clinical experience in an internal medicine setting.
- Enhance patient and consumer healthcare experiences.
- Complete all required onboarding documentation for both the company and your university.
- Perform duties under minimal supervision while adhering to established protocols.
What you'll need#
- Must be selected for the South University, West Palm Beach Physician Assistant Clerkship.
- Availability for the full rotation from September 28 to October 30, 2026.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
- Submission of a written attestation confirming no felony record.

- Schedule: Full-time (160 course hours total).
