About the role#
As a Digital Design Operations Intern, you will learn about the processes and functions within the Managed Care industry. This full-time role focuses on professional development through contributions to business projects. You will gain experience in the healthcare sector while applying your academic knowledge to real-world tasks.
What you'll do#
- Support Design Operations and UX Research initiatives, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and project coordination.
- Build and maintain Airtable solutions, dashboards, and reporting workflows to connect operational data.
- Analyze UX project metrics, team capacity, and delivery outcomes.
- Document processes and identify ways to improve operational effectiveness.
- Research legal, regulatory, and industry topics.
- Communicate project status and results to mentors and management.
- Attend training and development presentations to build professional skills.
What you'll need#
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework.
- Current enrollment in a graduate program at an accredited university in a field related to the hiring department.
- Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

- The term is for Summer 2027.
