About the role#
The Admissions CRM Specialist / New Student Experience Assistant supports the Office of Admissions by managing technology systems, processing applications, and assisting prospective students. This part-time role focuses on maintaining the Ellucian Colleague Student Information System and the Ellucian Recruit CRM to ensure a smooth enrollment process. You will work on-site in North East, Maryland.
What you'll do#
- Process admissions applications and ensure accurate data entry into the Ellucian Colleague SIS.
- Assist prospective students with the application process and Residency Determination Service requirements.
- Administer and support Ellucian Recruit CRM software integrations and admissions technology initiatives.
- Coordinate and oversee the campus tour request process.
- Generate reports and maintain accurate admissions data to support recruitment efforts.
- Respond to student inquiries and monitor the admissions email account.
- Assist with developing and updating admissions communications and automated messaging workflows.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least one year of professional experience in higher education.
- Experience using Ellucian Colleague Student Information System (SIS).
- Experience using Ellucian Recruit CRM.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Location & details#
- Location: North East, Maryland.
- Schedule: Part-time, 25 hours per week. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required for recruitment events.
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
