About the role#
CCK Strategies is hiring a Tax Intern for the Summer 2028 term. This compensated position allows you to work alongside experienced tax professionals on client projects. You will learn firm processes through guidance from leaders and coaches who manage your workload and answer your questions.
What you'll do#
- Support the tax team with various tasks including data input and tax form preparation.
- Perform research and analysis to assist with tax assignments.
- Take initiative to ask questions and seek feedback on your work.
- Produce quality results that add value to client projects.
What you'll need#
- You are pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field, preferably as a Junior or Senior.
- A minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Ability to work 24 to 40 hours per week for a 12-week period.
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and a focus on customer service.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- You work well as part of a collaborative team.
