About the role#
As an Audit & Assurance Intern at CCK Strategies, you will support our team in delivering financial services to a variety of clients. You will gain experience in financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations while working on internal audit and fraud examination projects. This role focuses on applying accounting principles to real-world client situations.
What you'll do#
- Prepare engagement workpapers and complete documentation that meets firm and industry standards.
- Identify and communicate potential risks to the engagement team.
- Complete assigned sections of engagements within set budgets.
- Address review notes accurately and on time.
- Work directly with clients when the situation requires it.
- Assist in training less experienced staff under the guidance of seniors or managers.
- Follow all information security policies to protect sensitive data.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and adapt to changing project priorities.
- Critical thinking skills to resolve challenges independently.
- Availability to travel to local and out of state client locations.

- This is a paid, full-time internship based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- The role is on-site.
- This position is for the Summer 2028 term.
