About the role#
Cboe Global Markets is hiring a Trade Desk Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time, paid internship provides hands-on experience within our operations team. You will work alongside staff to learn about exchange technology and market infrastructure.
What you'll do#
- Learn the structure of US equities and options markets.
- Gain familiarity with Cboe technology and systems that support electronic capital markets.
- Provide customer support and develop technical investigation skills.
- Complete assigned project work to contribute to the team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Business Administration, Finance, or Computer Science.
- Graduation date scheduled after December 2027.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and identify process improvements.
- Capacity to manage multiple assignments while working independently or on a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: FINRA SIE exam completion, prior trading experience, or SQL database experience.
