About the role#
The Product team is looking for a Technical Business Analyst Intern to assist with the documentation and management of our product suite. You will learn about the lifecycle of products across clearing, exchange, and data analytics services. This role involves shadowing different teams and creating documentation solutions for technical offerings, such as user manuals, product FAQs, and API documentation.
What you'll do#
- Acquire knowledge of our products and document them clearly.
- Study the product lifecycle, including requirements, implementation, and quality assurance.
- Attend daily engineering standups and regular meetings with product, market operations, and clearing operations teams.
- Monitor day-to-day business and factors affecting trading and clearing activity.
- Research the competitor landscape and relevant regulations.
- Help identify gaps or present ideas to enhance our offerings.
- Produce marketing and training materials.
- Attend conferences and represent our brand.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write clearly for a technical audience.
- Familiarity with software engineering or previous coding experience.
- Proficiency with software and product development processes.
- Interest in technology, asset management, and investing.
Location & details#
- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Full-time, on-site (5 days per week).
- Compensation: $22.00 to $42.00 per hour, depending on education level.
- Note: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
