About the role#
The Business Analyst Internship is a 10-week immersive program during the summer of 2027. You will join a cohort of interns to work on real-world projects, develop professional skills, and engage with team-building activities. Each intern is paired with a mentor to guide their development and provide insights into the business analyst role. This is a full-time, paid position that offers the potential for future career opportunities within the company.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business challenges using company data to create insights.
- Partner with teams to learn about business impact and share your analytic findings.
- Participate in training sessions designed to enhance your technical and soft skills.
- Collaborate with a mentor to guide your professional development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising senior in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Proficiency with computers, database systems, or relevant software packages.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant project work or previous internship experience.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Richmond, Virginia.
- The work modality is hybrid, with an expectation to work onsite 4 days per week.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
