As a Resident Coordination Intern, you will focus on maintaining high occupancy levels through resident retention and leasing efforts. You will serve as a primary point of contact for residents and prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience while supporting the daily administrative operations of the community.
What you'll do#
- Deliver high-quality customer service to residents and prospective clients.
- Complete lease applications and manage lease file paperwork.
- Maintain accurate lease file documentation in accordance with company policy.
- Participate in the Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training and certification.
- Assist with community events and various additional projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
- Perform administrative front desk duties and maintain the cleanliness of the tour path.
- Handle on-call responsibilities, such as lock-outs and nightly rounds.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program at an accredited college or university (minimum 6 credit hours).
- A minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and navigate the property, including interior and exterior spaces, in all weather conditions.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Real Estate, or Communications.

- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Rolling term, approximately 20 hours per week.
