Leasing Community Intern

About the role#

The Leasing Community Intern role focuses on maintaining high occupancy through resident retention and leasing activities. This position requires a commitment to delivering quality customer service and collaborating effectively with the community team. Interns are expected to act as brand ambassadors while managing administrative tasks and community operations.

What you'll do#

• Deliver high-quality customer service to residents and prospective clients.
• Manage administrative front desk duties and maintain accurate lease file documentation.
• Process lease applications and complete required paperwork.
• Participate in community events and assist with various community projects.
• Conduct property tours and assist with leasing availability.
• Perform on-call responsibilities, including lock-outs and nightly rounds.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the tour path to ensure a positive impression of the community.

What you'll need#

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in an accredited degree program (minimum 6 credit hours) with at least one year completed.
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
• Must be a current or future leaseholder of the community and live on the designated floor.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

• Compensation: $15-$17 per hour plus bonus potential.
