Leasing Community Intern

About the role#

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Leasing Community Intern for the inaugural team at Ever College Station. This role is part of the "Lease-Up" team tasked with launching a new off-campus housing development serving Texas A&M University. Interns will be responsible for building brand awareness, establishing community culture, and managing the initial leasing process.

What you'll do#

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, helping them visualize the living experience before the development is completed.
• Conduct tours of the leasing gallery and model units.
• Execute on-campus marketing initiatives, including guerrilla marketing tactics and social media campaigns.
• Plan and organize events and experiences for founding residents to establish community culture.
• Guide prospective residents through the application and screening processes.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the development's amenities and unit features.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
• High-energy approach to engaging with prospective residents.
• Demonstrated ability to lead tours and utilize effective marketing tactics.
• Strong communication skills to foster resident culture and plan events.
• Familiarity with real estate development processes.
• Expertise in leveraging social media platforms for marketing purposes.
