About the role#
The School of Business is looking for a student to support the Leadership Certificate Program as a Peer Tutor. You will assist fellow students by creating a collaborative environment where they can review course materials and build study skills.
What you'll do#
- Attend the course you are supporting as a guest.
- Plan and lead interactive study sessions.
- Help peers discover and practice new techniques.
- Support students in developing effective study skills.
- Review course materials in a group setting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Capilano University.
- Good academic standing with a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- A grade of A or higher in BADM 106 and BADM 202.
- Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A reliable, punctual, and energetic approach to your work.
- Ability to take initiative and a willingness to learn.
- Completion of BADM 305 and CMNS 220 is recommended.
